21 NCAC 14H .0502         FAILURE TO PERMIT INSPECTION

A salon shall allow an inspector access to inspect a salon after the inspector makes an appointment. If a salon fails to meet this requirement twice, the Board may initiate proceedings to revoke or suspend the salon license or may refuse to renew the shop license.
